國務(wù)院國資委標(biāo)志釋義

　　國務(wù)院國有資產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理委員會(huì)是中華人民共和國國務(wù)院的特設(shè)機(jī)構(gòu)，根據(jù)授權(quán)，代表國家履行出資人職責(zé)，對(duì)所監(jiān)管企業(yè)國有資產(chǎn)的保值增值進(jìn)行監(jiān)督。國務(wù)院國有資產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理委員會(huì)的英文名稱為 State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, 其縮寫為SASAC。

　　國務(wù)院國有資產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理委員會(huì)的標(biāo)志主要由兩部分組成：

　　一、上半部分是將漢語中的“國”字抽象概括成紅色幾何方形“□”，旨在寓意“國有資產(chǎn)”；紅色幾何方形內(nèi)又分割出虛實(shí)等邊三角形各一個(gè)，其中虛三角形構(gòu)成“人”字，寓意“出資人”；“人”左右上方兩塊紅色倒三角形寓意“國務(wù)院國有資產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理委員會(huì)肩負(fù)著國有資產(chǎn)保值增值的重任”；紅色實(shí)三角形以其三角形特有的穩(wěn)定性寓意“國有經(jīng)濟(jì)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基石，并發(fā)揮著支撐和主導(dǎo)作用”。

　　二、下半部分是國務(wù)院國有資產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理委員會(huì)英文名稱的縮寫SASAC。由于英文單詞Administration（管理）的首字母是A，所以SASAC中的兩個(gè)大寫字母A與上半部分的虛三角形與實(shí)三角形組成的“A”構(gòu)成“AAA”，其寓意之一指“國務(wù)院國有資產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理委員會(huì)管資產(chǎn)與管人、管事相結(jié)合”；寓意之二指中央企業(yè)要講誠信，要有“AAA”的信譽(yù)。

Interpretation of the Logo of SASAC

The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, PRC (SASAC) is the ad-hoc organization of the State Council, the People’s Republic of China. Its jurisdiction is, on behalf of the state, supervising the maintenance and enhancement of the value of state-owned assets of the SOEs under its administration.

The Logo of SASAC consists of two parts:

1. The upper part of the logo is the red geometrical square abstracted by the Chinese character “國”(the country), implicating “state-owned assets”. Inside the red square, there are two equilateral triangles. One is virtual, the other is intrinsic. The virtual triangle constitutes another Chinese character “人” (the people), implicating that SASAC is the investor of the state-owned assets. The two reverse right-angle triangles in the above-right and above-left part of the red square indicate that SASAC shoulders the important responsibility of maintaining and enhancing the value of state-owned assets. Since the triangle has the implication of “stability”, the red equilateral triangle demonstrates that “the state economy, being the bedrock of the national economy, is propping up and leading the overall economy”.

2. The lower part of the logo is the acronym of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council ---- SASAC. The first “A” from “Assets” and the second “A” from “Administration” along with the big A formed by the two equilateral triangles constitute “AAA”. “AAA” has twofold implied meanings. First, “AAA” means SASAC’s responsibility is the confluence of administering assets, administering personnel and administering significant issues on SOE’s operations. Second, “AAA” means the central SOEs should enjoy “AAA”-level credibility and reputation.
