(一)工作職責

(一)工作職責

(一)工作職責
1、了解、跟進航運業有關的政府、船旗國、船級社等主管當局的最新公約、規范,及時指導下屬企業執行;
2、了解、跟進航運業有關的最新實用技術、科研技改項目。推薦經評估合適的方案給管理層決策;
3、審核下屬公司新造船、塢修船的工程合約、圖紙、預算表等;

Consolidated financial statements
(一)工作職責
1、依據會計準則和公司會計制度規定,編制公司合并報表和內部管理報表,按要求向股東單位、外部機構報送、披露相關財務信息,為管理決策提供財務分析數據。審核、監督、指導下屬公司的報表編制工作,及時處理報表編制中出現的問題;
2、跟蹤會計準則最新變化,評估對公司的影響并提出專業建議,修訂并完善公司的會計制度體系;
3、配合維護和完善財務信息系統,定期更新財務報表模板,優化報表編制流程﹐不斷提高報表編制效率;
4、組織公司及各成員單位的年度財務決算及外部審計工作,進行專業指導和協調,配合集團的外部審計工作;
5、參與財務管理,審定成員單位重大事項的會計處理,對公司重大投資項目,提供財務、稅務等方面專業建議;

Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare group management and statutory financial statements on timely basis, be responsible for financial data and disclosure to stakeholders and external institutions as required for decision-making, supervise and review the preparation of the reports of subsidiaries.
-Organize group annual financial reporting and cooperate with external auditors about annual audit.
-Interpret and implement the latest PRC GAAP and provide timely technical support to subsidiary companies, maintain proper accounting policies.

Accountant-Financial management
(一)工作職責
1、制定、修訂公司的財務管理制度及相關規定辦法,督導下屬公司實施;
2、負責編制公司月度、季度、年度財務分析和專題分析報告。負責財務管理專題研究,定期分析公司財務狀況,提出存在問題及解決方案,供決策參考;
3、負責完善公司的財務模型,定期調整和修訂財務滾動規劃,督導下屬公司完善財務模型。負責公司年度財務預算的編制和上報,監督控制預算執行情況,對預算執行情況進行分析,評價預算執行結果。負責對接集團KPI指標設定及業績考核,參與下屬公司KPI指標設定及考核;
4、負責建立完善公司的財務對標體系,收集和整理行業數據,定期優化指標體系和分析方法。對各下屬公司進行對標分析;
